What does cut pile look like?
The yarn ends are cut at the surface. Some samples look smooth; others have more texture. Feel and compare the actual carpet, and check its guidance for the room or stairs you have in mind.

What does loop pile look like?
The yarn stays in loops. Loop height and pattern change the look from one carpet to another. If pets may catch their nails in the loops, ask about that exact sample before choosing it.

Finish the cut edge of your rug or runner
Binding wraps the exposed carpet edge. It does not attach carpet to the floor. The binding work normally takes one day after the material, dimensions, finish, and handoff arrangements are agreed. Pickup and delivery dates are confirmed separately.

Yes. In-home appointments include physical samples and measuring for complete runner and area-rug projects.
02Can I supply my own carpet?
Yes. You can ask about using carpet you already own or are sourcing elsewhere. The material and quantity need to be reviewed for the intended project.
03Do you install stair runners?
Yes. Complete custom stair-runner projects can include material selection, measuring, fabrication, binding, and installation.
04How long does carpet binding take?
The binding work normally takes one day after the material, dimensions, finish, and handoff arrangements are confirmed. Pickup, delivery, and complete-project dates are confirmed separately.
05How much does a custom runner or rug cost?
Pricing is job-specific. Dimensions, material, stair geometry, edge finish, and installation details are reviewed before a quote is given.
